Collecting your order from Springpack is simple and safe — provided all health and safety procedures are followed carefully. To ensure the safety of both our customers and team, please adhere to the following mandatory steps when collecting from our Woodside Point site:
Before You Arrive
Bring your order confirmation.
This is essential. Without it, we will not be able to release your goods under any circumstances.
Upon Arrival at Woodside Point
Follow the signs to the designated collections area.
Park only in the marked collections bay.
Use the designated walkway to the operations hatch and press the bell to alert a member of our team.
Once your order has been collected, use the same marked walkways to return to your vehicle.
Exit through the same gate you entered.
