Springpack Raises over £250 for Macmillan Cancer Support
Springpack Raised Over £250 For Macmillan Cancer Support
At Springpack, we are proud to host an Annual Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise money for this amazing charity.
What is a Macmillan Coffee Morning
A Macmillan Coffee Morning is a fundraising event that happens every year. They raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that supports people and the families of people who are living with cancer.
The annual Coffee Mornings are a place where people gather, and make a donation to eat some cake, have a drink and play some games.
In 2026, Springpack raised £269
How did Springpack raise money?
The Springpack Team dusted off the mixers and popped on their pinnies – we got baking!
From Steak Pie and Cheese Twists to Pear Crumble Cupcakes and Chocolate Brownies, we baked our hearts out to fully stock the table with tasty treats.
We welcomed members of the local community into the building to enjoy coffee and cakes with us, and if they were able, to Macmillan via our JustGiving page.
We also had a few games to play, guess the sweets in the jar and guess the teddy’s name.
98% of Macmillan's income comes directly from donations
A donation of £15 can pay for a personalised needs assessment & care plan for three people.
3.2 Million Pounds Raised in 2026
According to Fundraising.co.uk, 2026’s Macmillan Coffee Mornings raised 3.2 Million Pounds via Justgiving.
The history of the Coffee Morning
Macmillan Coffee Mornings started in 1990 with a simple idea – Enjoy a coffee, donate the cost of the coffee to Macmillan instead. Over the last 36 years, the Macmillan Coffee Morning has raised over £330,000,000 pounds.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who came along to our Coffee Morning, who baked, donated, or simply popped in for a chat.
