Welcome to the Springpack Monthly Values Awards!
At Springpack, our values are the cornerstone of everything we do. They guide our actions, shape our culture, and drive our success. To celebrate and recognise those who embody these values, we are excited to launch a new internal initiative: the Monthly Values Awards.
Our Values
Springpack is built on six core values:

- Act Sustainably – We are dedicated to being responsible stewards of the environment by reducing our carbon footprint, using sustainable materials, and promoting eco-friendly practices.
- Have Integrity – We conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity and honesty, building trust with our customers, suppliers, and employees through our actions and behaviours.
- Be Accountable – We take ownership of our promises, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality, delivered on time, and provide tangible value to our customers.
Each month, you will have the opportunity to nominate someone from Springpack, this does not have to be in your team to be voted for the Values Champion.
Please understand that this is to celebrate someone who has achieved something new, gone above and beyond, pushed themselves etc.
Nomination Process
- Identify – Think about your colleagues and how they have demonstrated Excellence, Collaboration, or Customer Focus in their work.
- Nominate – Submit your nominations through our internal nomination form. Provide specific examples of how the nominee has embodied the chosen value.
- Celebrate – Award recipients will be announced at the start of the following month and celebrated in our company-wide meeting.
Key Dates
- Nomination Period: Open from the 1st of each month to the end of the month, so for example from the 1st May to the 31st May.
- Announcement of Winners: Monthly company wide update meeting
Award Recognition
Winners will receive:
- An award. This will be a spin the wheel, pick and envelope, balloon pop and others.
- Recognition in our company-wide meeting/briefing
- A featured spot on the screens within the building.
